Damaged & Defective Item(s) Exchange

While we work very hard at quality control, in the unlikely event that you receive product(s) might have been damaged in transit or with manufacturing defective, please email us and attach picture(s) or video(s) of the damage, defect and external packaging within 72 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Representatives will review your issue and work with you on a solution by replacing the item(s) with the same item(s) or will provide store credit for the price paid for the product(s).

Received Wrong Item(s)

We always double check before shipment, in the extremely unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s) please get in touch with us and we will email you a return label to send the item(s) back for an exchange.

For the incorrect item(s), if you are able to find a use and prefer to keep, you can suggest us and we will offer you a satisfied solution. If you don’t want to keep the incorrect item(s), please return the item(s) to us. We will bear the return shipping fee.
