Our Return & Hygiene Policy

At AdultRepDao, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and hygiene of all our customers.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Hygiene and Safety Guarantee

Due to the personal nature of adult products, health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, handled, or used. This policy guarantees that every customer receives a 100% untouched item.

Unopened and Unused Items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• The factory seal/shrink wrap is completely intact.
• The item was not a “Clearance” item.

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for “change of mind” returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please document any external damage with photos before opening the package. If the contents are damaged:

1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damage.
3. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a satisfactory resolution at no cost to you.

Defective Items

We stand by our products. Each one is carefully checked before it’s shipped, but if you ever have a problem, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem. We will need your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.

Sex Machines

• Minor Issues: Most mechanical problems can be solved by replacing a specific part. We will ship the replacement parts to you immediately at no cost, along with simple repair instructions.
• Major Malfunctions: If the main unit is found to be defective and beyond repair, we will replace the entire machine for you.

We’ve got you covered. Every sex machine is backed by our industry-leading 3-Year Warranty. If your device encounters an issue covered under our warranty terms, we will provide replacement parts or a repair at no cost.

Dildos, Accessories, and Other Sex Toys

As soon as we’ve verified the details, we’ll get a brand-new replacement out to you right away, free of charge.

Missing Items

Please follow these steps so we can resolve the issue immediately:

1. Double-Check the Box: Small items often shift during shipping. Check all foam crevices and box flaps. Do not discard packaging until you have accounted for all parts.
2. Check for Multiple Shipments: Large orders may ship in separate boxes. Check your email for additional tracking numbers; remaining items often arrive 1–2 days later.
3. Report Missing Item: If an item is truly missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, the missing item name, and a photo of everything you received (including the box and label).

As soon as we confirm the oversight with our team, we’ll rush the missing item to you at our expense.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please do not open or use it. For hygiene reasons, we can only exchange products that are unused and remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Follow these steps so we can get this sorted for you immediately:

1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is incorrect.
2. Take a photo of the incorrect item next to the shipping label so we can verify the error with our warehouse.
3. Keep all shipping materials until the issue is resolved.

How to Resolve:

• Small Items: Keep the incorrect product for free while we ship your correct order.
• Sex Machines: We provide a prepaid return label. Once the unopened unit is scanned, we’ll ship the correct model via Express.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email info@adultrepdao.com or adultrepdao@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. RA Number: If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the package.
3. Discreet Shipping: For your privacy, please ensure that your return package is discreetly wrapped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that once a payment is processed, PayPal and credit card processors charge non-refundable transaction fees. Therefore, all successful cancellations are subject to a 4.4% + $0.30 USD cancellation fee to cover these external costs. Your refund will be issued automatically to the same card or account you used for the purchase.

Please note that once your order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.
