Orders are processed every 24 hours, automatically. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

If canceled successfully, charging a PayPal fee when the buyer cancels an order for their own reason.

PayPal updated its user agreement and made a big change. Prior to the change, any time a refund was provided to a customer, the slice of the pie that PayPal had taken on the transaction was returned. That’s no longer the case, and PayPal will now be keeping that fee regardless of whether a transaction is refunded or not.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We don’t accept returns for refund or exchange purposes once the product(s) has been used/opened. This is standard in the sex toy industry.

Having said that, if the product is defective, we can honor our 3-year warranty after confirming your order information, certain account details, and the issue. In most cases this will not be happened.

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Unopened means in the original packaging with the plastic seal intact.

If you want to return product(s) for your own reasons, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email. However, the item(s) MUST be in original condition, with original tags, unused with the packaging completely intact.

You will be fully responsible for shipment cost, which may be up to 45% of the value of the item(s), please keep any proof of postage or collection.

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your item(s) are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email.

All you need is to contact us and to follow this process:

  • Describe us the problem with video(s) or photo(s).
  • We will review your issue.
  • Then we will provide solutions.

If the product(s) delivered to you is completed different with the item(s) you order, we will send you the correct product(s), if you don’t want we resent the correct item(s) to you, we will make a full refund to you.

For the incorrect item(s), if you are able to find a use and prefer to keep it, you can suggest us and we will offer you a satisfied solution. If you don’t want to keep the incorrect item(s), please return the item(s) to us. We will bear the return shipping fee.

Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. We need to be notified of any returns to ensure that the package is received and that a refund can be processed. Please email us and receive the proper address to return the items.

Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product(s).
